  If I could give no stars I would! My husband had an appointment still had to wait 2 and half hours IN​ their very hot waiting room! Then. Get in the back everything is okay their gonna pull the problem tooth today untill they realize it's almost 5 I guess but our appointment was at 2! Don't even tell us that they can't do it cuz it's late. They tell us we have to go make up front to make sure we don't have to pay anything first so we go then they proceed to try to make another appointment so my husband asked I thought we were doing this today and with a very crappy attitude she replies "No! she said tomorrow" so my husband walks outside cuz he's in alot of pain and annoyed so doesn't want to be rude. She then says if he's going to act like that their not going to.treat him. Seriously!! All​ he did was walk away. .. VERY RUDE NURSES AND RECEPTIONIST!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

  I'm terrified of the dentist. Dr. Estep has a great bedside manner and takes note of my anxiety. He explains everything very well so that I'm able to understand my dental issues.
